SUMMER ACTOR TRAINING PROGRAM
2012
For the past five years The Drifting Theatre has brought professional theatre artists from all over the country to the Tri-Cities to teach and mentor young actors. This year The Drifting Theatre will offer TWO Summer Actor Training Programs for ages 8 – 18!
During Summer Actor Training Program (S.A.T.P.) students will work in depth on honing their acting skills through classes and practical experience. Our challenging (and fun!) program provides an environment where both the seasoned actor and the stage-shy newcomer can blossom. Classes include; Acting (all levels), Stage Combat, Theatre Movement, Improv, Auditioning, Theatre Games, Monologue Coaching and more! At the conclusion of the training program students will perform in a full theatrical production directed by theatre professionals.
